ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Anjola Awolade
Anjola Awolade has always been passionate and had the flare for fashion from an early age. The idea of being able to put fabrics together to suit a person’s silhouette has always fascinated her and she wants to create magic not just for herself but people who are also inspired by bold colors, nature and appreciate modern femininity.
She was not privileged to start fashion school as early as she wanted to, so she ventured into makeup artistry, which she currently has a business in. After relocating to Canada a few years later, Anjola’s decision to join the fashion program at St. Clair college was fuelled by an outfit purchase incident of “what I ordered vs what I got.”
Her major drive in the creation of this brand is to show people that it is possible to look stylish and in vogue with modest attire. Her style is strongly influenced by the African culture with a blend of vibrant colors, rich print fabrics and quality and detailed tailoring.
Overall, Anjola wants to cater for women across borders who wants comfort, style, elegance, and modesty all in one.
